Further to a decision of public authorities (Arrested of August 12th, 2010 concerning price lists regulated by sale of the electricity), the powers from 18 to 36 kVA included by the option Base of the Blue Price list for the residential customers were put in extinction and are not available any more on the subscription.

All the prices are calculated to leave:

• Prices excluding tax of the offer, current on 05/01/2013.
• Taxes on the Final Consumption of Electricity (TCFE) of a maximum amount of 0.00932 € / kWh. (This amount is fixed by local authorities: refer to your invoice to know the amount applied in your municipality.)
• Of the CTA (Tariff Contribution of Routing) to the rate of 27 % of the amount HT of the subscription routing.
• Of the CSPE (Contribution to the Public utility of the Electricity).
• Of the VAT to the 5.5 % rate for the subscription more taxes relating to it (CTA) and of 19.6 % for the consumptions more taxes relating to it (TCFE and CSPE).
  

This option will suit you particularly if you wish to take advantage of price changes of the kWh at the most advantageous moments of the day (that is 8 daily slack periods).

This option will suit you if you plan the use of your devices according to the day color, by favoring the blue days, by reducing your consumption the white days and by avoiding the important spending of energy red days.
Indeed, the option Tempo proposes variable prices of Kwh according to days and the hours of use, she is reserved for the particular holders ofa subscription of 9 kVA minimum.
One year Tempo, it is 3 colors of days either 3 price lists - blue, white and red, of the most cheaper in most expensively - combined in price lists of Slack periods and Peak hours, or 6 price lists in all.

The option Tempo is thus characterized by 3 colors distributed all year round:

• 22 red days from November 1st till March 31st from Monday to Friday (Saturdays, on Sundays and holidays are never red and he can have no more than 5 consecutive red days there),

• 43 white days that are spread over the year mainly between October and May except on Sundays
• 300 blue days all the rest of the year (every Sunday is blue).

Consult in daytime Tempo

Option EJP (Erasing of Peak Hours) allows to benefit during 343 days a year of similar prices to off-peak hours of the Option Heures Pleines / Heures Creuse. In exchange, the price of kWh is more expensive during 22 days a year, spread between the 1^st November and 31 March.
